StashOdds

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

StashOdds is a harm-reduction app. You bet with play money on real matches, and the money you would have staked is recorded in a piggy bank on your phone. StashOdds has no accounts, sells nothing and never handles real money. Your coupons and savings stay on your phone; we have no server that receives them.

What is stored on your phone

Your coupons (matches, picks, stakes, results) and piggy bank amounts.
Your settings: language, currency, odds format, favourite leagues, notification preference.
A copy of the match data the app downloaded, so it also works offline.

This data is kept only in the app's storage on your device. We cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it.

What the app downloads

To show matches, odds, live scores and results, the app downloads public data. These requests only say which league and date are needed; they never contain your coupons or settings. Like any internet request, they reveal your IP address and basic device information to the service that answers them:

GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.): fixtures, odds and results. GitHub privacy statement
Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc.): our cache for live scores. Our code does not store or log requests. Cloudflare privacy policy
ESPN: live scores, only if our cache cannot be reached.

Notifications

Match reminders are scheduled by your phone itself (local notifications). Nothing about them is sent to us. You can turn them off in the app's Settings or in your phone's settings.

Advertising

The current version of StashOdds shows no ads: it does not load or request any advertising and does not use the advertising ID. If ads are added in a future version, this policy will be updated before that version is released. Our plan is Google AdMob with non-personalised ads only, shown only on summary screens and never while you are choosing a bet, with gambling, cryptocurrency and loan ads blocked.

Analytics

StashOdds currently uses no analytics or crash-reporting services. If this changes, for example optional anonymous statistics, this policy will be updated first and the feature will be opt-in.

Age

StashOdds is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete: your data is on your phone, under your control.

Changes and contact

Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new date. Questions: github.com/omercnsz/oran-motoru/issues

If gambling is causing you harm, help is available: Gamblers Anonymous, or in Türkiye the Yeşilay counselling line 115.
